There are a growing number of restaurants that are starting to offer gluten free menus, but for the most part, many of the fast food chains have been resistant to acknowledge any of their products as gluten free. This figures be due to cross-contamination concerns, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a gluten free meal while out in public.
As a result, here at Gluten Free Fast Food, we’ve been doing our best to track down gluten free information at fast food chains to share with the Celiac community. Below is a compilation of what we’ve found so far. Whenever possible, we’ve provided a direct link to the gluten free menu. In situations where one isn’t available online, we’ve instead linked to the allergen information.

My husband used to work for McD’s and remembered that the fries are cooked in separate oil than the other fried foods. I admit I go excited until I read that McD’s adds gluten to the fries… oh well..
