I am wondering how Mustard is allowed since it has vinegar in it. It also says brown soda like coke & diet coke are ok but they have carmel coloring? Don’t the hot packets for chili have vinegar as well?
As long as it is not MALT VINEGAR, it is glulten free. Distilled vinegar is fine according to University of Chicago’s Celiac Disease Center’s information.

have a separate oil fryer so there is not cross contimenation, from the other fried foods.

Most distilled vinegars in the US are NOT made from wheat but rather corn or potatoes.. but even the ones that are made from wheat are ok due to the process. Dont believe me, look it up.
